The mission of the Crisis Center is to ensure that no one in our community has to face crisis alone.

Since 1972, the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay has been committed to bringing help, hope and healing to people facing serious life challenges.

What we do and how we do it has changed dramatically over the years—and it will continue to evolve—but there is one thing that has never changed: the extraordinary dedication of Crisis Center volunteers, donors, and staff.

The Crisis Center 2-1-1 Gateway provides 24/7 access to support, resources and referrals to anyone facing a life crisis and medical forensic exams and sexual assault services to victims of sexual violence. Trauma Counseling is available for children and adults and specialized Care Coordination Services for Veterans, Human Trafficking, Suicide Prevention, and First Responders are available Monday-Saturday. Call 2-1-1 for access to any of the Crisis Center Services or for community referrals.

The Crisis Center has locations in North Tampa, South Tampa and Brandon and is excited to be bringing services to South Shore with their new location in Ruskin opening fall of 2022!
